After feeding the material, it starts the drum press to reduce the water content for the second time. The filter chamber consists of filter plates arranged in a row (the two sides of the filter plates are concave, and every two filter plates are combined to form a chamber). The surface of the filter plates has pockmarks and tabs for supporting the filter cloth. There are holes in the centre and corners of the filter plates, which when assembled form a complete channel for entering the suspension, washing water and leading out the filtrate.
