FBXY系列filter press適用范圍廣、固液分離效率高、處理量大、結構穩固、使用壽命長主要應用于環保廢水、冶金礦業、光伏電力等行業。本系列壓濾機主要由機架、壓緊裝置、液壓站、過濾系統、拉板裝置及控制系統等所組成。FBYZ系列壓濾機優點在于傳動平穩可靠，易操作，主要適用于小型過濾行業，粘度相對較高，過濾周期長的物料。

全自動壓濾機-板框廂式隔膜壓濾機

FBXY系列Chamber Filter Press中機械傳動壓緊是采用電力機械驅動來壓緊濾板。在電力機械驅動下，絲杠帶動活動壓板向前壓緊全部濾板，向后則帶動活動壓板復位。壓緊時，壓緊電流隨壓緊力逐漸增大，當達到電流繼電器預先調定值，電機停轉，活動壓板停止前進，保證濾板在工作中始終處于壓緊狀態，松開時，電機反轉，當活動壓板后退到感應開關位置時，活動壓板停止。

FBXY系列壓濾機它的動力裝置主要有液壓站和油缸組成，在液壓油的驅動下，油缸里的活塞推動活動壓板向前，壓緊全部濾板，向后則帶動活動壓板復位。

全自動壓濾機壓濾特點
